While there is no shortage of information out there (Google can essentially make you a health expert), the problem often lies in truly integrating what we have learnt into our daily life, all while navigating an increasingly complex and stressful world.

As your health practitioner and guide, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

I offer limited one-on-one consultation and coaching sessions to individuals who are ready to take action and commit to lifestyle change.

Your lifestyle and nutrition programme will begin with an initial conversation, where we will discuss your health goals, your current diet and any challenges, as well as your symptoms, allergies and family medical history. I take a holistic approach, so it’s helpful for me to understand any lifestyle factors such as stress, family or work pressures that could be affecting your health.

I allocate time with each programme to work on your case behind the scenes, research literature, contact necessary resources such as supplement companies, and collaborate with other professionals if necessary, in order to provide you with the best advice. By allowing time before and after each session to prepare and research, I am able to be 100% focused on your case.

What makes me different to other coaches or health guides?

  • My approach is about balance and fun (I am a French foodie and founder of the Champagne Campaign, which is all about celebrating life, connection and community as well as staying curious) .
  • As an Embodiment Facilitator I use somatic intelligence (body-based techniques such as deep breathing or gentle movement) to help you anchor new habits and reduce stress in a very practical way.

How often do we connect?

I have found the most success comes from talking regularly for a few months to really embed the principles you will learn. That way, when things pop up, such as a wedding here, a holiday there, a busy work week or family demands, you can safely navigate those events without derailing your intended efforts.

​My approach is more about micro steps that are consistent and balancing them around your schedule, so that it’s much easier to achieve sustainable change that really sticks. 

How do we connect? Video or audio calls

To minimise your travel costs and time, both of which are additional stress in today’s already hectic lifestyles I mainly do online coaching via Skype, Facetime or Zoom (however, in-person meetings can be arranged upon request). This also means I offer international coaching sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or will charge 50% of the fee as listed above. The full fee will be refunded if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason without rebooking, as long as you provide more than 48 hours’ notice.

What about health insurance?

If you are looking to claim against your insurance policy it is important that you check with them first to get authorisation. Please note that you will need to pay all fees owed to me and reclaim this yourself from your insurer.

Prior to your Appointment:

  • A three-day food diary may be required to assist with dietary analysis and will be emailed to you prior to your first appointment.
  • A self-referral form may be required to gain all the necessary information, which will be emailed to you prior to your first appointment.
  • It is advisable to bring all relevant medical test results with you.
  • Please note, for certain conditions, it may be useful to bring a brief written summary, in date order, to aid the consultation process.
